We are putting some granite in and will be replacing our current kitchen sink and bathroom sinks as well. I am wondering if we should go with a single basin, 50/50 or 60/40. We currently have a 50/50. I do want them to be deeper than the current one which all of these will accommodate. It will be an undermount, of course. Our appliance are stainless steel thus our new sink will be matching those.

Also, what type of sinks do you recommend for the bathrooms?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
