Strawberry netting: when to use

I'm planning to put netting over my strawberry plants, which I've relocated from various pots into a 4x8 raised bed (the standard premade cedar ones).

I'm going to go the looped PVC route: narrow diameter PVC pipe attached to the sides of the bed, looped over, and attached to the other side.

One source I saw recommended not putting netting on until small fruits were first starting to be visible, to ensure you don't prevent bees from getting in (or interfering with wind pollination, it said, though that seems rather less likely).

But I don't see how this would be practical for everbearing strawberries, where there's often going to be something flowering while fruit are maturing. Should I just put the netting on from the get-go and not worry about it?
