Predrill holes for plumbing and sink

Hello, Is the hole on top predrilled for sink & is there an opening on the back to make plumbing accessible?

    It doesn't have any cutouts for plumbing lines. In the back it has a plywood cover, but a professional plumber needs to do the correct holes.
