I purchased the 14-ball light from here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Moden-14-heads-Glass-Sphere-Ball-G4-LED-lamps-Meteor-Shower-Chandelier-With-Polished-Chrome-Stainless/1882131222.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.0.4eqeDJ . It arrived without instructions, although it seems straightforward enough. Included, however, were 14 of these parts: https://imagebin.ca/v/3JIIkJlOcWFH which as you can see fit together in this 1.5" long part that has a sleeve that rotates around a bolt with a nut and washers. Any ideas what this is for?
