can you mark the pic.. to show the holes ... because i dont see them either ... almost makes me wonder if you sell the product ...

i wouldnt waste chemicals or remedies with such little ... or no damage ...

nor would i spend more money on a remedy.. than i did on a plant ... unless you had it laying around for something else ...

I do see some nibbling at the leaf edges, but that would most likely be something like root weevil damage (root weevils are very fond of laurel in my area). Not wonderfully sightly but of no concern to the shrub.

OK - I now do see some holes in the leaves. The Mancozeb or any fixed copper fungicide should help but the best control is good cultural practices - make sure the plants have good air circulation (perhaps some pruning if spaced closely together), avoid the overhead watering as best you can and clean up any fallen leaves, as the fungal spores on old foliage can splash up and reinfect the plant.

While an aesthetically unpleasant situation, shothole is something vigorous plants like laurel can easily tolerate and tends to be more cosmetic than harmful.
