stunning work! did the cabinets were shorter to adjust thick counters? what's the height of countertop from floor? thanks!

Correct! The cabinet height was adjusted to accommodate a thicker countertop. The countertop is at 36" above the floor. Careful coordination with your appliances is required for this detail to work. As you can see, it's worth the effort to make it happen. Thanks for the compliment. >Ernesto
