Looking at this house, My daughter is like HECK no! The outside is the best part LOL! I am thinking paint it out in a Nice Gray, White Trim, Black Shutters, Take Security door off, New modern door, Replace all windows. And OF course some landscaping, poor thing, it is so Sad! Does anyone have the painting software that would mind showing me what it would look like? Thanks in advance and any other advice would be appreciated. Or if you have a different vision than I.... We will have to add a parking pad to the front as well for roommates.
