For organizing toys and games and little pieces of toys I would suggest getting rid of the bins and putting the items in a long dresser that is placed against the half wall. One drawer for games, one for legos, one for art supplies, etc. If more than one dresser is need then put the other one on the tall wall so that they face each other. I would remove the bookcases from the tall wall and replace with a table and chairs or a sofa. Put artwork on the walls above that.
