Ficcus turning yellow

I have 2 Narrow Leaf Ficcus; an individual tree and a forest. The forest looks good, green with lots of new growth. The other is turning yellow and dropping leaves. There is lots of new growth but it is turning yellow. I repotted it last spring. It is about 20 years old. Any ideas?
