My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can this be exchanged?

I received my package today. One of the shelves is as pictured and fine. The other looks terrible -worse than a first year wood shop student project. It is beyond rustic. There are too many small pieces pieced together and it doesn't have the look of the images on your site. Can I have this one exchanged for one that looks more like your ad?
