My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Setup is not included, delivery is curb side only, no inside delivery.

    Thanks

I will not buy it. It weighs 275 lbs--too far to carry from the road.

For extra charge we can do inside delivery but no setup.

Setup can be arranged from local handy people.

    Thanks
