My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vinyl Plank Flooring - Allure ISOCORE vs. Smartcore

We have decided we are going to lay down luxury vinyl plank throughout the house. We are looking at an Allure ISOCORE floor that has a 6 mil wear layer and a ceramic bead coating. Our other option is a Smartcore by Natural Floors option with a 12 mil wear layer and a "double coat of UV acrylic finish." How do these compare in terms of durability? I know the thicker the better on the wear layer - but I've also read that ceramic bead coating is a great feature to have. Thoughts?
