Would be so much easier with normal colored photos but it looks like it could be some form sporulating fungus growth. But it could also be one of several pest eggs. Impossible to tell given the abnormal coloring in the pics. Are the growths on the underside, the bumps, white or yellow?

These are indoor plants, correct? What happens when you scrape to touch the bumps, how do they feel. Dry and powdery or soft and gel-like? If you scrape with a fingernail do they turn powdery? If so then fungus.

Sorry, here are a couple of additional photos (I took most of the affected leafs off, but a few remain every time I look).

That looks like webbing with an egg or small caterpillar inside. They should just rub off the leaf.
