Square retro fit LED for 8" square cans

Our house was built in the mid 80's. There are 10 square 8" cans in the living dining and kitchen. We are looking for a kit to replace them versus removing and replacing the entire fixture.

Hello, the 8"x8" square is for 5"-6" can housings. We do offer a 12"x12" square fixture that comes with a two-wire connector but not an E26 adapter. The 12"X12" is mounted with a bracket. Perhaps you can use this fixture to cover the opening. Please see the link below:

I need one for an 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" square recessed light. Need the light bulb screw in adapter. Pixi, with so many requesting it, can't you make one available???

Hi bsslr, We will try to work on it. Even small changes like these require a lot of additional approval by UL who rate safety. Hope to have something soon.

PiXi, do you know when one might be available ??? And remember the hole is 8 1/2 x 8 1/2. If you just had a frame style piece that could be added to the smaller size and make it work ???
