I don't believe it's "old". The discoloration on the base looks like it came from years of use, but that mark is not like any I have seen before, and the small flowers sort of look like transfer....but not really and the darker blue just doesn't go with the rest.
How about a picture of the bottom?...not the lid but the bottom.

The flower mark on the bottom is the same. But I think you are right, because the mark is so perfectly done, it is printed rather then drawn by hand, it is not old.

It wasn't the mark I wanted to see, but what the bottom looked like how it was glazed and where that discoloration started.
