My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm an electrician. 3000w at about 1:15 volts ac period comes out to 26.03 amps. I know what I'm talking about. So you will need a 30 amps circuit and a number 10 AWG wire to meet this ampacity rating that they won't provide. Just to install this, you will need a licensed electrician. A 115v 30 amp circuit is not common in a house.
