My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Avenue 5 Real Estate it looks like custom finished wide plank Hickory. A very hard and durable species that makes great flooring.

    Hi Avenue 5 Real Estate,

    The flooring is a wide plank hickory as Oak and Broad mention above. This was a custom 'engineered' and custom finished floor. First Last and Always in San Francisco made this floor for us and worked with us on the custom color. Their website is: http://www.first-last-always.com. They did a great job in a very challenging environment. This apartment was on the 14th floor of a high rise building. The existing concrete floors had a 'drape' in them which required some masterful leveling to make all of the transitions work right with the other flooring surfaces. They worked very closely with the general contractor, Scott and Warner Builders, http://www.scottandwarnerbuilders.com/, to make sure it all came together properly.
