Hi MiMi, Little Lil is well..she made a full recovery and is back to normal. Last week when the Vet called to check on her she finially flat out told me she thought Lil would need put down..I would have died. No one really knows for sure what happened..I only know I took her to the Vet healthy and happy to get her nails clipped, 10 minutes later they brought her back in the room to me she could barely walk, she had a bad limp and within 24 hours she could no longer stand and when put down she would fall over...injury I thought, but she had a high temp well over 104...I could see her suffering and as you know I kept taking her in for pain shots..it was heartbreaking..all I did was sit and hold her and cry and beg God to help her. He did!!!

The Vet thinks she had a stoke possiably even during the nail clipping.. but the fever doesn't fit...I think she had a virus or bacterial infection we didn't know about..than the Vet tech hurt her...causing the limp...she didn't start to recover until steroids were injected...I doubt I'll ever know what really happened.

But she's again happy, eating well, and playing.

MiMi Thank You so much for asking about Lil..and how is your micro mini fur-baby?

What good news! And what an awful scare. Hugs to LL.

I've had three different dogs that I lost my heart to. Don't know if I can go through that again. Maybe.
