These chandeliers are truly stunning yet have a dirty little secret - they take a enormous amount of power and need to be run separately each to their own switch. However with the magic of LED bulbs this may not be the case - code wise the inspector is looking for a worst case scenario if you put the typical incandescent bulbs in there (going back to two switches). Incandescent creates heat in the room, but hard to beat how pretty the bulbs are when dimmed that only incandescent can achieve today. There is new LED technology coming that has a warm dim ability,
