Looks like an antelope type dendrobium. Is It growing in that glass jar/vase?

Yes it's growing in the jar with water.... Water culture.

Its in a east facing window.

i tried clay pellets, coconut choir and so far this has worked best. The new pseudo bulbs/ canes are plump, roots also look good.
