It took mine about the same time to get going and I got quite excited about my biggest one. Sadly Mother Nature took a hand and despite my best efforts it got frosted.

Dave , your Wu is way more advanced them all my plants are. Most are still pips and still popping out of the ground. Not sure how they are surviving with all this rain we got and are getting. Our ground is totally saturated enough for our septic field doesn't want to take on any more and gurgles in the house if I wash too many clothes in one morning and then try to flush. Getting a bit better now with shorter lasting rains. I am sure I have duck feet from it all. Two months is long enough and I need sun

Here's my Empress today. I've had it for two years.

They all look lovely! I bought mine last year and she was only 2 to 3 leaves. I am very excited to see how she does. I have her in a very shady spot and think i have 3 pips so far this spring. I will check again. possibly move her to a sunnier spot for better growth.

I got mine 3 years ago and it just kept getting smaller. as with everything else in that bed from lack of water. replaced with a HUGE one this year in a new bed..hoping it will look like that in a few years

That sucks Miketropic ! We certainly don't lack water this year and after winter we got maybe 5 days out of 90 that we never got rain :( The weather is to change finally and now we are to get over a week or better of sun unless the weather guy is telling us a tale. I was certain they were going to drown but are all living and doing great in the water soaked clay mud. Hope your new Wu grows huge for you. Another story with my Warpaint.. it is getting smaller .
