My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

are the floors painted? I have polished concrete but am considering going to painted for a brighter look...thanks!

    Hi, no floor is not painted. It is a polimeric resin floor, white color. Check my other progects for seeing polished concrete white and grey. I never paint it but mix different cement quality to create colors. paint polished concrete, if you do not choose the right tonality and quality of color can give really bad aestetic results...
