My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hey Kelly!

    I'll let the designer/builder give you the exact specifics of this floor but it looks like a finished white oak. I'm linking here some pre-finished floors we have that are similar to this look/feel. You'll want to take our quick quiz to make sure you're selecting the right hardwood for your climate/subfloor/lifestyle since wood can be tricky like that.
