Disfigured leaves

Hi all,

with the onset of spring, my greenhouse growing citrus in NY have been flush with new growth. However many of the new leaves are growing with some sort of disfigurement - mainly that the ends/tips of the leaves are split into two halves, sometimes more. I will include pics. Curious if anyone has any insight into why?

Just a slight overfertilizing, my young lemon has leaves that have almost curled around themselves. I have not fertlized for a while and new growth looks well balanced now.

Nothing to worry about, if this gets more serious so cut off with fertilizer for a small period of time, or just cut down the size of the portions.
