Loquat

I have a 6 year old loquat grown from seed that is from many generations of loquats grown from seed. I am interested in having variety. If I grafted a champaign or gold nugget or slim Jim loquat onto it, would the seedling flowers provide pollination?

How easy would it be to graft a branch onto it? I want to also keep the original tree.
