What do you use to get rid of mealy bugs (scale insects) on herbs? They have been infesting stevia, lemon verbena, and other herbs mostly used for teas. Poisons are out for herbs like this, and I've used neem oil spray when not in a period of harvesting, I need to come up with something I can use during this early period, probably through the first few harvests, in order to ensure these things gone. It has been so bad that they killed several of my overwintered (inside) herbs. Any ideas?
