In this case, I wanted to see the glass door on the ceiling. We exposed the track and hardware as well but powder coated the metal for a nicer finish. It has a clean, somewhat industrial look. I also shortened the length of the track and upgraded the fasteners to avoid the typical "garage" door look.

We bought them at a local wicker store, it's all-weather plastic wicker, great stuff, not cheap but worth it. You can probably find them online.

exactly what I wanted!! But how about weather resistant? Seems like wind, rain, cold, heat would come thru.

The granite has a joint at the door, with a silicone bead so the hot and cold do not transfer thru to the interior, and there is a bulb type gasket at the bottom of the door to eliminate wind infiltration.

How is it concealed on the inside? Can you see the garage door when it is up?
