How do I prevent the tile from cupping or lifting at the edges?

My professional installation leaves the tiles lift at every edge. They tell me it was installed correctly. How do I prevent this?

    I am so sorry but that sounds like a floor failure or a water problem. i would #1 try to detect a small leak- or perhaps you know about recent water exposure? #2 get an inspection from CorTec- the company you bought the floor from should be able to arrange this. The inspection will have a conclusion of who is at fault. If it is installation related it is up to the company you had install it to decipher and fix the problem. Good luck!
