STC ratings on interior doors

We need help deciding between two sets of interior doors.

Since we're getting wood flooring throughout, I really want solid core doors for their sound-blocking qualities.

One of the doors is mahogony with an STC rating of 28, while the other is Jen Weld fire rated 20 mins with an STC of 30.

Which is a better door? Is this a noticeable sound difference?

Is a fire-rated door worth getting?
