Strawflower seeds- how to identify

Hi, I ask the same question every year, short memory! lol.

I *think* the seed of the strawflower is this part-

it is 1/8 long, straight, attached to the fuzzy things (which the wind would distribute).

Am I right?

It's not the flat part- that would be the petal I think, I need reassurance. thanks.
