I am curious about the ceiling. Does it cost more to have boards on the ceiling instead of sheetrock? I love the look of the board ceiling in this picture!

In a previous question about putting wood on the walls, the builder responded to say that it costs about 4x as much to do wood planks instead of drywall. This would likely apply to the ceiling, as well.
