My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is this small flowering tree? Thinking dogwood, but the homeowner didn't know. Thanks!!

    Flowering Dogwood, becoming less and less plentiful with a rapidly spreading fungus killing them off in natural settings. Individual trees can be protected by trimming back damaged limbs, spraying with fungicide, and tender loving care. They are beautiful trees, especially if left to grow by their own design -- very graceful lines. We had many, many, and are down to only a few. Very sad.
