My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello!

Thanks for your interest in the Desoto Apartment Size Sofa! It's a really fantastic piece that's been extremely popular with our customers - nice pick! It's also one of our sofas that's built to order in our downtown Los Angeles factory (made in the USA!) and features a lifetime warranty on the hardwood frame, the sinuous spring system, and all factory workmanship!

Here are the additional dimensions for the Desoto Apartment Size Sofa:

    Seat Height: 18"h | Seat Depth: 25"d | Arm Height: 28"h

    Arm Width: 8"w | Leg Height: 5"h | Pillow Height: 36"h

Please let us know if you have any other questions - always happy to help :)
