My sister designed this on her own for my husband and me.

frameless shower enclosure (2 week turn around on that one)

We didn't change size. New vanities in green tinted silver with carrera marble, marble tiles with dog bone and greek key tiles, arsbescato porcelain tiles in large size (took awhile to work out so everything ran in same direction and matched), frameless shower, grohe fixtures, porcelain sinks, freestanding bliss roman tub, painted mirrored cabinet, tiles with style fish circling drain in shower, gray accent tiles in shower, Sherwin williams paint, framed art prints, owners' personal decorations, vintage electric sconces, Mozaico mosaic of Dionysius on tub wall, stack stone, sea sponges from St. George island, Florida.

I am the sister that came up with the design plan. So a huge thank you to all who have taken the time to look at the reno and liked it.

After looking at the photos of ya'lls projects I am very humbled to receive your compliments on this project. Ya'll's projects are- in a word- SPECTACULAR!!!!

The budget here was really tight and the labor cost was a little over 1/3 of the total budget -Pete Andersen Installations of Memphis TN and we were really fortunate to work with him bc he was a great guy-honest, hard working, detail oriented and helped save dollars every chance he could-and he helped with some of the design details that helped make it more cohesive. We can't sing his praises enough.

I tried really hard to keep it simple but kind of layer the room and add some custom touches-like the tile rugs and taking weeks to match the tiles on the floor and shower as best I could as the tile pattern was pretty random and could have easily looked insane.

The shower is 5'4 x 5'4" and the tiles used were 18' x 36" so I had to come up with a plan/design that worked for that space and I did the best I could.

Pete Andersen made sure that every grout line was perfectly aligned and the spacing for the rugs and tiles was as perfect as humanely possible. In fact he went way above and beyond and did it all in exactly 15 working days. Amazing!

So again-Thanks to all who took the time to look at the pics and comment, thanks to Pete Andersen, and thanks to my wonderful sister and brother-in-law for allowing me the chance to do this for them-they love it and that is what counts, right?
