I think the top is a dracaena. Bottom is a ficus or rubber tree. I don't remember the care requirements but I think they're both fairly easy.

First is a dracaena. The second is a Schefflera or umbrella tree, probably Schefflera arboricola. Posting these on the Houseplants forum should turn up suggestions for proper care.

Could the bottom one be a a Schefflera?

Thank you very much!!

As for how to care for them I recommend searching the Net for "schefflera care" and for "dracena care".

there is also a very active houseplant forum ... for these two very common houseplants.. you might try the search engine at the top of the page ... ken

You all are amazing! I'm very appreciative of your help!

Compare the first one to Yucca elephantipes.
