bathroom makes me feel small

I'm in a new place and I'll be renovating the bathroom, which makes me feel small whenever I stand in front of the vanity. The vanity is 52" wide; the medicine cabinet with mirror begins 16" above the counter; the medicine cabinet is 29.5" high x 52" wide; the ceiling is 98" high. Right now, the light fixture above is very wide, with 7 bulbs. There's a shallow wall to the right that separates the vanity from the toilet then the tub. I'm not a short person, but when I'm in front of the vanity, my head is in about the center of the mirror and I feel small. How would you recommend that I fix this area to bring it back to human scale? Get a smaller medicine cabinet? Lower it? Suggestions welcome. Thx.
