Wood on wall

Did you use a stain on the wood for the wall? Or is it just clear? Or both?

that is clear White Oak with a light fuming. We applied a matte sealant to protect from moisture.

Do you mean it's a clear sealant? Can you tell me what you mean by clear white oak with light fuming?

The wood wall and the wood cabinets are finished the same. Fuming is a Chemical process that takes some of the yellow out of the oak, and puts taupe coloration into it. It needs to be done by a professional woodworker.
