A warmer off white might work better.

Rainwashed or sea salt will look nice

I also think the right shade of brown could be soothing. I did not find the right shade, this is too dark but it gives you an idea.

I could see a lovely pot plant, like the peace Lilly and gorgeous tray of goodies on that big area at the end of your bath

What will look best in my opinion, is one of the colors of the tiles, or a shade lighter or darker. Be sure to also place a nice bowl in about the same color on that large empty white surface and fill it with lovely goodies in matching hues.

Whatever you do: make it a warm color, since the tiles are a warm color too.

Don't be shy to hang something on those empty walls as well. Something that can stand the water in the bathroom. Something worth gazing at, while bathing. Something classic matching the rest of the bathroom.

If the tile is beige - maybe a soft muted color? - if more earthy bronze, suppose not Organdy.

You're going to have to cover the current color with primer before going with anything else, so I'd do that right now -- getting rid of the blue will make it much easier to visualize other tones in the space, or even to slap some samples up there.

It's hard to tell on a monitor screen but your tile looks to be a pinky/ beige. You may want to find one with pink undertones if that is so. If not then the baby fawn is a very nice , soft color. The Cedar Key is more pink, the muslin more yellow , the pale oak a bit gray.
