Help ID'ing bulb I dug up !! Please :)

I dug this bulb up from my docs office in Florida it had beautiful flowers on it that held its blooms like an amaryllis does - i only glanced at the flowers bc I was trying to dig the bulb up. I read online leaves of an amaryllis are 1.5" by 18" long and these strappy leaves are 2.5 by 34" long. The flowers looked a lot like "velvet prince" amaryllis but then again they had a more pinkish lavender tint to them and I didn't really look at the flowers bc I was too busy digging the bulb up which was pretty deep and hard to do without a shovel. They were growing in part shade in a huge clump I'm not sure what it is exactly n hope it'll bloom for me this year! Any ideas? I know it's hard to Id without the flowers but figured if someone gave me ideas I could look online to c if I recognize the flowers ?? Otherwise I'll repost after it blooms :)

Not convinced by crinum. My sole attempt at growing these was noticeable for the absolutely enormous elongated bulb - it had a 'nose' which was at least 3inches and looked like a giant teardrop. This bulb, with it's more rounded shape, does look a lot like an amaryllis or even hippeastrum.

Quite possibly. I qualified Crinum with a 'perhaps'.

I nearly always hedge around with IDs, Floral, as I am pretty useless at screen recognition...and generally defer to your infinitely more reliable suggestions...so it's rare to disagree, tbh.

I haven't looked up hippeastrum. I thought of amaryllis but highly doubt it bc the blooms on this bulb didn't match any amaryllis I've ever seen or looked up online. It had a more lavender pink to it and flowers didn't quite match. Honestly I looked up Crinum lilly and that's what I was thinking of to begin with ( but couldn't remember name) they're really common here in Florida and I saw a crinum lilly online that looked exactly like the flowers these bulb had but I could be very wrong ! if ur saying Crinums bulbs are a different shape than maybe it isn't a crinum lilly ?? I'll check the out hippeastrums though :) thankyou guys for all the info ! I was thinking crinum- it definitely seems it could be but if the bulb doesn't fit - u must acquit- lol - little bit of humor :)

OK I LOOKED UP ALL SUGGESTIONS AND ITS CRINUM :) crinum lillies can have oblong bulbs like campanula was saying but also fat rounded like an amaryllis. The kind of crinum I have is called Ellen " bosanquet ??" Might have misspelled that - lol the flowers are the same accept these were grown in more shade n blooms were barely a tad bit darker but the color flower form ect.. matches to a T !! Also I noticed the crinum Lille's have bigger & maybe?? More foliage with longer floppier & more strappy, taller leaves compared to the other 2 types of lillies their foliage is little firmer n more uniform.
