Adding new windows / removing existing windows

Hello - new to Houzz so hope this is in the right location...

I'm about to put in an offer on an almost finished, not yet on the market new construction. I love it, but there is one thing that I can't wrap my head around and it's a ~$1.2M house.

The upstairs master bedroom is laid out as follows.

+ One full wall with no cut outs (this is where king bed and nightstands have to be place)

+ When laying on bed wall to left with two door his closet - not functional

+ When laying on bed wall to right with entrance to the her closet and bathroom - enough place for our 40 inch bedroom tv but would be sharply to the right of the bed

+ Wall in opposite the bed - an archway carved in with three huge windows looking into the backyard and minimal wall space on either side

The only option I can think of is to put a dresser in the archway where the windows are and have our 40 inch TV block much of the windows. I love natural light filled rooms - it's a top criteria for me in choosing a house - TV will block them and we'll effectively be in a windowless room.

Really disappointed about this, but we love watching TV in my bedroom. I love a cleanly mounted TV (I think they look so nice compared to TV on a stand) and there is no option for this unless we put it on the wall to the right of the bed and it seems like a really weird location.

Not sure what to do or if there are workarounds. I've googled and seen the contraptions that you put at the foot of your bed where TV's pop up or drop from ceilings and all that and I'm not a fan. I like classic looks and don't want that. I'd probably rather just block the windows.

I added some pictures, but don't have every angle. The wall not shown has the his closet.

Bed would go on wall in right in this picture - Wall directly in front where broom is includes entryway to her closet and bathroom. Behind is wall with double door his closet.

This is the wall directly in front of the bed and the right wall - shows the window arch and the entryway to the her closet and bathroom. Not enough space on right side for tv.

This shows the other side of the window arch - again not much space for a tv at all. You can also see that the other wall with the door (one of two doors to his closet) is not functional.

Hopefully pics help. Only place I can see to put a 42 in tv is on a dresser in the window archway.

Really struggling with this b/c I love this house and if it was like a weird paint job I'd say whatever and learn to love it, but this to me is a functionality of the home issue.

Thanks - any advice or thoughts welcome!
