Indian swing in USA - Oonjal

Hi All,

I am planning to have a swing in patio. I always loved traditional Indian swing without back rest. Could anyone please suggest to either make or buy in USA or Chennai? I have added a reference photo. The swing is a one piece solid wood of 6 ft by 3 ft. I am not too concerned of the type of wood as long as it can used outdoor and hold 450 lb.

Hello revachem, I am interested to know if you had any luck with getting the OOnjal installed in the US? If yes, did u install indoors or outdoors? Would like to get more details because I am getting one to too but dont understand if these wooden houses will withstand the weight of the oonjal & the people. Let me know Thanks
