I like the shutters and would do them in a third color. Check out Benjamin Moore's Historic Color palette. I can still see a fresh cream, but I'd also consider a sage-like green with darker shutters and garage doors, or even a grey/blue. You can have your garage doors (and shutters) painted as well to look like mahogany wood and it's not terribly expensive. That would be a gorgeous change to complement the brick. And, lastly, brick is easily painted if you'd consider that. When well done, it's a lovely look.
