do you know how to harden it off to outside sunlight??? .. if you are going to repot.. perhaps do so.. and leave it inside for a week.. to settle it down.. before you shock the beegeebees out of it.. by taking it outside to full shade for a few weeks ...

will you be planting it outdoors??? .. where are you ... the heat of summer is coming on.. it might not be the best time to plant outside ...

you are talking about a series of stressful events.. try to let it get over each one.. individually.. instead of heaping them all on in one fell swoop

and finally.. no plant holds all its leaves forever.. sheddding the oldest first.. in any one of these stresses.. i wouldn't be surprised if it shed some of the lower ones ...

I think that your plant looks good! It would not be unusual for window sill grown citrus to lose some leaves by the end of winter, unless you're providing extra specialty lighting.

Are you watering thoroughly (drenching) when you water, then allowing the container to dry out until next time? And are you making the decision to water based on actually poking your finger into the potting medium?

I ask because you mentioned a schedule, and few plants will do their best when watered that way. Watering frequency based on need will be determined by type of plant, time of year, ambient temperature and humidity, type and size of the container, texture of the potting mix, and other factors like sunlight and air circulation.

Of course, we can't answer your fertilization question without knowing what you use and how often.
