Fransen's order arrived Friday

been so busy here i have hardly had time to read the posts never mind put one on myself.

They arrived Friday were soaked for a couple of hours then potted up.

Frost was forecast overnight so they stayed in the shed.

Same again Saturday so the pictures I took are with the flash.

Sunday they went out under the new shade shelter.

Ignore the dying daffodil leaves they are not ready to be cleared yet.

Blueberry à la Mode

A fantastic group of plants that scream quality. The only one I was disappointed with was Valley's Ruffle Shuffle that was quite small. Roots were ok which is what matters and given time it will soon get bigger.

Angel Falls pretty much screams for attention! Please keep us posted on its gatden worthiness. Nice haul!

Angel Falls would be my first choice out of this group...will get some from Volker next week, I hope they are as pretty as those...

Good heavens! Will you look at the size of these in comparison to the post???!!!??? They are h u g e!

A veritable creme de la creme! With the exception of a few, I need to google the rest. Dave, it will be fun seeing more pics of these in the weeks to come. A very impressive order.

Dave, I just purchased Last Dance so we'll have to compare growth, Also don't worry about Valley's Ruffle Shuffle. It's a pretty vigorous little plant, Good luck with your choices.

My first reaction was Angel Falls, but after some picture viewing I switched to Blueberry a la Mode, because it is so nicely puckered and ordered it at Fransen together with One last dance and Jim Matthews, and a totally unknown Top of Mount Fuji (?), good looking and cheap, so I took it as goodie on top :-) But I gave away some of my doubles and triples, so no more hostas in the garden...

Karin If I remember correctly TOMF is a late emerging montana type, I think a plain green sport of Choko Nashiki. Different to Mount Fuji.

Thank you, Denis, good to get another Montana type :-) Might be good for sun, it's totally green.

The light is slowly creeping in, seems to be a sunny day :-)
