I would remove the plant in front of the entrance. Place matching tall plants on either side of your front window. Perhaps add a round window or something decorative above the front window. Change your light and house numbers beside the garage to something larger and black (to match your roof). Add ceiling mounted lights (2-3) along your front door "hallway" as well as a long outdoor runner on the floor.

New walkway needed if you have the fund$. That obviously would require modification of the planter though. Attended a party recently & had to trudge over a soggy lawn because of the cars parked in the driveway.

You could take out that odd wall and replace it with a nice thick column - it will let more light into the porch and get rid of that tunnel effect.

Painting the door a bright color is always a fun way to add some color and personality.

I also agree with Lane Williams that the hydrangea should be removed or relocated to open up the view of the front door.

That bush needs to be moved, for sure.

I like the idea of a more pronounced walkway, from the driveway up to the entrance.

If you move the bush and put in some nice stones steps, maybe with some solar lanterns along the walk way, I think it would look awesome!

No... I think the best approach is to concentrate on your landscaping & hardscape. There's nothing wrong with your house's appearance other than the landscaping & hardscape (lack of a dedicated walk to the front sidewalk).

I think you need to change the garage door. On a budget you can paint windows on the door and add handles. You might also want to paint the garage door gray.

Remove funny little wall and replace with post. That opens the view. I even pretend we can faintly see the door.

That planting bed needs to be reworked. It looks like a dry stack so it should not be that difficult. I'm actually concerned that you may have soil heaped against your house.

You could always move the door to be at the front of the tunnel. That would turn the tunnel into an interior hall, maybe poorly heated and narrow, but probably more useful space. Your door would then be visible, if you move the hydrangea.
