It's not easy to diagnose anything from 1 leaf, although a close-up detail is a good thing. A good rule of thumb is to provide a closeup like yours, a photo of the general area of damage if it's confined to one area on the plant, and a photo of the whole plant (or as much as possible--in the case of very large plants, photos of the older foliage and photo of newer foliage). That helps a lot with getting an idea of how a problem might actually look on a plant IRL.

It's always good to see the undersides of affected leaves, too.

could be a potassium or calcium/magnesium deficiency. I'd guess the latter as most ferts contain "K". Try a good organic liquid fertilizer that has Calcium and Magnesium.
