I've been catching up on the forum. This is the Coconut Custard that the voles ate most of. What I found when I dug it up was the tiniest speck of crown with one or two tiny roots. It's come back looking like this with a grouping of really tiny leaves like your BME. I guess there were bits of crown that the vole missed. Glad they don't lick their plates.

Coconut Custard has made a great recovery!..I'm happy that my BME is alive..it really is the tiniest hosta I've ever seen..

Aren't they cute when their so tiny!!! I was putting down some compost on an area of my garden when I noticed what looks like yellow seedlings. Their so tiny you have to wonder how they can survive. I'll let them be and see if they grow. I figure I won't baby them. They need to show me that they are small but strong enough to survive the elements.
