Anyone have trouble installing Bluestar wall ovens? I have a french door on top of a regular one and the bottom of the top unit (french door) won't sit flush since the back end is higher and tilts back. AJ Madison told us we don't need a double oven kit but I can't figure out what we're missing. The top bolts into the frame but there's nowhere to secure the bottom (as far as I and appliance installers can tell). Ideas? Also, the french door seems to require a lot of force to close. Is this a defect or just how it is? Thank you for your help!
