There is a faint dark line just above soil level that might be a graft, but it is much more likely that this is a rooted cutting grown for the container market.

Certainly, all the leaves on the lowest branches look like lime leaves so these are not rootstock suckers. If you want a more upright looking plant you could remove them, but there is no need if you are happy with the bushy shape.

I agree that unless the graft line is very low, it is a rooted cutting. Nothing wrong with that. I have many rooted cuttings that are great trees.

There could be a graft line in the area circled below. Take a closer pic of this area and post another photo. I agree with Laura there is nothing wrong with rooted cuttings, especially with limes, they fruit the fastest of all citrus trees.

Looks like a rooted cutting to me. Treat it as you would any other lime tree, grafted or not.
