Hi All,

Can someone please help me identify this issue on the leaves? Its slowly making it's way around the tres and eventually turning the leaves yellow and killing them... which leads me to believe it's a fungus. As a result, recently started spraying a eucalyptus-based, organic fungicide. However, open to hearing thoughts and potentially better remedies?

It's on the balcony, protected from rain, but for the life of the plant, it's been in a fairly humid, rainy environment. But finally, and thankfully, it seems we might be passed that and on to sunnier days.
